    PRINT THE WORKSHEET AND INSTRUCTIONS. Use the worksheet to record the necessary dimensions and as reference when entering the data on the
    questionnaire. Refer  to the printed instructions if you need a more detailed explanation for any question on the questionnaire.
    Worksheet and Data Entry Sheet have coordinating colors representing:
  • BLACK - Wall Dimensions (Usable Space - up to & not including trim molding around doors & windows).
  • RED- Openings: doors, windows, pass-thru - (Including trim molding).
  • BLUE - Return Walls (Short section of wall at the end)
    All may not apply

    DATA ENTRY:
    1. ENTER THE DIMENSIONS FOR  EACH  WALL. Enter all dimensions in inches and round up to the  nearest inch.
    2. SELECT IF THERE ARE ANY  RETURN  WALLS.
    3. SELECT YOUR CEILING HEIGHT and desired cabinet  application.
    4. CONFIRM ALL OPENINGS - windows,doors, pass-thrus
    5. SELECT THE LOCATION and size for all fixtures that apply.
    6. ENTER ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION that  impacts the design. Include here all colors if ordering our COLOR Design Package.
    7. SELECT ANY ADDITIONAL AMENITIES  you want  included, so we may check its application and advise you in our Recommendation Report. Any question you
    answered as   "OTHER" must  be explained in this area.
