Kitchen plans need to be addressed in the beginning stages of any kitchen project...
Residential blueprints do not provide the accuracy needed for proper planning, and make note that detailed kitchen plans must be
produced by a designer. Delays may occur due to the homeowners inability of obtaining information you need when you need it. Avoid
potential changes in framing and mechanical rough-ins. Get the information required when you need it - before your client enters into
the cabinet purchasing stage.
A Word to Contractors
Send us your prints and get the information you need to plan a kitchen project, new construction or remodeling.

  • A detailed floor plan with all dimensions, door and window locations, and appliance and plumbing fixture locations,
  • A  counter top cut sheet with all dimensions required for more accurate quoting, as well as square footage calculations for
    counter tops and back splashes.
  • A legend of all cabinetry and related items, and their corresponding placement on the floor plan.
  • 3-D computer generated perspective views of the completed plan for presentation to your clients, illustrating the overall plan
    from an aerial view, as well as elevation views of all applicable walls. *Number of views dependant upon exact plan,
All to be used for framing and mechanical rough-in reference, as a purchasing guide, and to create more accurate allowances.
